Each course is paired with a different wine, in a fine-dining experience worthy of a special fish knife. Highlights of the meal include an asparagus soup poured at the table, adventures in lemon froth over pasta and a goat cheese mixed with volcanic ash. (Seriously.) This was a four-hour meal where the honeymooning diners got so close to the sommelier that he literally drove them home at the end of the night.
