I speak to Witness Mdaka who is the Founder and CEO of Quality Growth International. Witness started off is journey at a young age of 19 when his mother gave him mandate to manage their 1st tenants in Thembisa to manage and own just below 200 tenants. His game changed when he was on honeymoon and was exposed to a different experience of offering accommodation. Witness surrounds himself with mentors and is constantly exposing himself to new things in the business and his lifestyle to learn from. We speak about the importance of lifestyle, investing when you are young and why it is important to invest for cash flow and also appreciation. My take away after our chat in this episode is: By providing housing, its not only about providing housing. Its bigger than that, its creating an income, jobs for other people and a home to other people.
