"When I 'm making art I like to try to go to that space that is both child-like and open. Art is a form of story telling. It can be historical, political, and very personal. The tools I use for creating are paint, collage, artist's books and puppetry. I've been on the creative road since I was a very young child. It is the one process that has given me an outlet for all of my feelings. I truly believe being in the act of creating is the most sane and wonderful experience I could ever have.
