Found living in a cave at just six years old after his father passed away, this man who will not be named got his nickname Bear from the local newspaper. Bear has lived an extraordinary life nearly dying many times working in the coal mines in the North of England, playing rugby in the UK and South Africa and entering the British Army earning his way up to Captain in the SAS. Not slowing down, Bear takes us through his fearless life from a young boy running 10km to school and back every day to sailing around the world for eleven-month with no prior experience. This episode is one fantastic story that I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to listen and record on the podcast. The Charity that Bear supports is Boots For All, a company that helps young boys in Africa with Food, Clothing and Keeping them out of the prisons. Check out the charity and add your support.
