I have a guest that is started his own call center in the Philippines. But not only that, he was able to find and start up another company called Work Assisted, which he is currently running. And not only that, he's also started up and found another company that we'll talk about later. But I want to welcome to the show today. Aaron Klein Aaron. Five minutes about perseverance. And let's talk about that story. We'll jump in and talk about your other company as well. Aaron Klein: [00:01:05] All right, amazing. Thanks for having me. This is great. I'm super pumped to talk about the company so everyone knows how super important that is to build the skills efficiently. And the more opportunity you have and the less you know you have to pay for things, the more you can reach. And that's why a lot of people turn to outsourcing now. A lot of people try to use up work free up all these online virtual places. And while, you know, they could be phenomenal. But if you're really trying to scale a business and you want to use them as part of their infrastructure in a way where you can delegate give over things, sometimes it's important to give over to a company that can handle that for you. So would much bigger companies will use lean call centers and even sometimes medium, even small companies will use call centers and outsourcing overseas to the Philippines? So very short. The story was that I was working originally. I was hired by an energy provider. They called up and they sold third party gas. And, you know, use your home, use the utility of the town, you know, gives you your scarce supply. So this company was a third party gas supplier. Now they had an Indian call center. And what happened was this Indian call center was not working with them too well. And they had customer service problems. There were so many issues. And, you know, the owner wanted to hire me to manage the call center in India. But he wanted me to be here at the same time. So it was a very interesting phone phenomena because he wanted me to work for his energy companSupport the show
