Dave Gambaccini is a CCIM Designee and the 2020 President of The New England CCIM Chapter as well as the Senior Director of Commercial Brokerage with SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisors, in Bedford, New Hampshire. Dave has successfully operated his own independent commercial real estate investment company since 2006 as an owner/investor and was a Director with KW Commercial. He is now focused on the efforts of expanding the SVN brand in New Hampshire. Dave provides superior commercial real estate services to investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, developers, owners, and operators, helping them to identify, acquire, develop, sell or reposition assets in the $1MM to $25MM range throughout New England and across the U.S. Dave is licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Dave is heavily involved in his community and serves on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors (NHCIBOR), is a member of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors (NHAR) and is the Vice-Chairman on The Town of Bedford, NH, Conservation Commission. Dave is a Certified Therapy Dogs International pet therapy handler and trained his personal dog to be a Therapy Dog. Dave and his yellow lab, Banana, regularly volunteer emotional support therapy to the Catholic Medical Center as well as volunteer to children’s reading programs at Bedford Village Morning School in Bedford, in addition to other schools and libraries. Dave is also a living kidney donor and supports the efforts of Donate Life.
