Episode 5 - Super Smash WOAH!!

Oh boy, what don’t we talk about in this episode? Dustin and Sam dive in to what they’re currently playing, which hasn’t changed much since the first episode! Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, Earthbound, and all that good stuff! Some listener mail sparks talks on the Virtual Console service on Wii U and 3DS, which allows the all-insightful NintenBros to give theirs thoughts and opinion on how the service can improve, as well as which games have and haven’t aged very well. We go off the rails quite a bit, discussing scary games and our reactions to them as kids, how new consoles used to be a much bigger deal, our usual segment dedicated to how much we love Pikmin 3 and why we’re scared that there is never going to be a Pikmin 4, and falling asleep while someone is talking to you. We wrap up the podcast with an interesting discussion on which Nintendo characters describe us best, which causes a heavy does of deep thinking and friendship tension. Enjoy!

Episode 4 - A Bit of Everything

We are back for a jam-packed, third installment of NintenBros! Like every podcast, we begin with discussion on the games we are currently playing. This involves a lengthy conversation on Punch-Out!!, Mario & Luigi Dream Team, Earthbound, Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze (and why DK is better than Mario!) why we get disappointed when a game is announced for 3DS instead of Wii U, and pooping habits! This leads us to something we haven't done in every podcast (but would certainly, with your help, love to continue to do!)... user mail! We answer questions and discuss topics sent in by our listeners, such as what third-party games we recommend and are looking forward to, as well as whether or not Nintendo should just ditch the Wii U Gamepad! And finally, we end the podcast with our weekly topic of discussion. This week, we spill the beans on our "dream games" for Wii U and 3DS! We begin this chapter of the always dramatic Nintenbros saga with phallic microphones, which luckily leads to something entirely different: what we are currently playing. This leads to a brief discussion on mascot gaming, which games we loved as a child (Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, anyone?), Ratchet and Clank (??), along with many more, endearing discussions. Of course, after some expected witty banter, the Nintenbros open up a whole new can of worms with their lists of the top 5 reasons to love and hate the Wii U. Episode 2 - Top 5 Reasons to Love/Hate Wii U

Nintendojo Writer Dustin and (guy with no real title) Sam team up for their first episode of the comedic, video game related podcast, NintenBros. In this episode, the Nintenbros discuss different tropes in the 3D Zelda games, and argue/agree on which game does each one better. Of course, the dialogue will steer itself to other topics, such as the awkwardness that is roll call in high school, what their first Zelda game was, and much more!
