Bullying is all too prevalent, occurring from middle school to adulthood. We examine bullying by discussing why individuals bully, how to best help the victim and the bully, and how to build a culture of empathy and understanding. We also highlight Kim Ng, and the work she put in to become General Manager of the Miami Marlins.
