Charles Cranford worked for the Federal Government for just over 40 years and retired as the Director of the Eastern Management Development Center in Shepherdstown, WV. He is a native of Chicago and was transplanted 10 years ago at Johns Hopkins. His wife is a living donor and he's eternally grateful for her generosity and love.
