Helen Sheppard took to writing and poetry later in life. In this episode she talks to me about her journey into these art forms and how her earlier career in midwifery has influenced her work. Helen is a wonderful person, full of wisdom which she generously shared with me during our conversation at Windmill City Farm on a beautiful summer day back in 2019.
