Our very special guest for today is @xuan_stevenson who shares about her excellent track record in buying properties from dead people. Whaat!?? She’s fond of doing refubs so she buys properties that are not maintained or have been left out, in this case, by dead people and turn it into wonderful homes. Xuan used to work with an investment bank in Central London but struggles to make time for her daughter. Finding out the best solution to her current situation, she lands on property and didn’t leave since then. What started as a necessity turned into a journey of passion and a lot of adventure.
