Ian Hall is a CAF veteran, firefighter and co-founder of the Ruck4Remembrance. This year marks the 5th 22km Ruck4Remembrance which is held all across Canada to raise money for Wounded Warriors Canada to benefit veterans and first responders in need of support due to mental health issues.
