Sandra Cantu was an 8 yo girl from Tracey, CA that was kidnapped and murder by the parent of one of her playmates. The Tracey Police and the FBI were looking for a male suspect but soon realized that the women that came forward with a clue regarding the young girls disappearance was their main suspect.
