Episode 73 – Leadership during Crisis – Part 1 Leadership during a crisis can define you as a leader and everything Brian & Ed have discussed over the previous 72 episodes are what you need to be successful. A crisis is that defining moment that will show you your strengths and weaknesses. Brian & Ed answer a self-assessment you should look at yourself. I can make decisions and recommendations although under extreme time pressures. I stay composed when I have to deal with an urgent problem that is suddenly facing me. I almost never choke under pressure. When the pressure is heavy, I can give clear direction to other people. When someone else is facing a very difficult situation, I am reassuring and helpful. When faced with an emergency, I can make a good decision even without all the facts I need. When facing a major problem, I quickly get input from people who might have useful suggestions for dealing with the problem. If I am faced with a real mess that is mostly or partly my responsibility, I tell the truth about what happened. Brian & Ed then cover 6 of the twelve points of leadership during crisis management. Be decisive Lead with compassion Think Strategically (See the big picture) Communicate widely about the problem Reestablish the usual work routine Stick with constructive core values   You can see more about the Instinctive Influencers at: Our website Link – instinctiveinfluencers.com Our Facebook Link - https://www.facebook.com/101influence/ Our Instagram Link - https://www.instagram.com/instinctiveinfluencers/ Our Twitter Link - https://twitter.com/101Influence   Be sure to Subscribe, Rate, and Review on our show on the Facebook Page and Apple Podcast.
