In episode 8 we invite one of our athletes, Glen, who has maintained a strict Ketogenic diet for more than 8 months to discuss the process, pitfalls, and some of the theory behind a Keto diet.  Hint: it’s not slapping butter and cheese on a Paleo diet and calling it Keto…  We don’t get too deep into the scientific details, however Glen (athlete) discusses the books by doctors and researchers he’s read and recommends for those looking to learn more.
