This episode with Henry Washington was legendary! Henry was an early guest on the show (Episode 8). At the time, he had 40 or so doors and since then he's been making major moves. He started his investing career without a lot of capital. He took a loan out against his wife's 401k to fund his first investment and the rest was history.
