I’m constantly an advocate for macro organization, which allows you to still have some disorganization. So I’m trying new things all the time to try and see what works for me. So in a business you have three different types of activities, you have promotional activities, which are related to outward selling of your services and products. You have process based activities, which are things you just do every day, and then you have production, and production is for project based things. In this episode I will go over how I put these three modalities into a three tab calendar in order to be able to simultaneously work on all of them without something falling to the wayside. It allows me to be organized on a macro level, instead of a micro level, which I think is better.
