This is my very first episode launch! It somehow recorded two episodes together so I guess we will be starting this one out with an extra bang. The first one goes a little into my backstory of how I grew up in a conservative background and then one day decided to leave home and move out west to the great PNW. Episode two is about my love for wholeness and goes into energy medicine and how if you take time to listen to your body, it will tell you stories. Enjoy and leave comments!
