The question is if you’re in this moment or if you’re spending your time in the past or in the future.” Sophie Wickham In the third episode of Make A Move podcast, I'm going to introduce to you one of my best friends Sophie, who used to be a cabin crew, flying for the same airline as I used to. She gave up the job and took a big step into the unknown and uncertainty , when she resigned with no backup plan and no job waiting for her back home. She’s sharing her story of battling her own mindset and regaining her self confidence, while volunteering in Sri Lanka and searching for her purpose in life. Sophie now works as a store manager of Yuicery, a healthy vegan concept in Stuttgart, Germany. She’s also a certified vegan nutritionist with a huge passion for spreading awareness around healthy food and lifestyle.
