This deep connection is optimized and activated through the synergy of superfood nutrition, cellular cleansing, and holistic practices to revitalize the soul. When all these essential elements the of system are brought back into balance and vibrational harmony, then the body can do what it’s naturally meant to do ~ HEAL. Full integration elicits intuition and creates trust in oneself on a visceral level to increase personal power. One of Dana’s greatest gifts is to provide her clients with permission to dream again and awaken their own possibility, so that they may live a life of passion, authenticity, and play.  Dana is an effective coach because she produces radical results in her own life.  She is a classically trained artist with several works in photography, painting and writing published nationally.  She has in extensive background in Education and is a published curriculum writer in the state of FL where she also founded a Travel Camp.   Dana is also a former elite level athlete earning three first place titles in fitness competitions, International Cover Model, Coach and Group Fitness Trainer. However, her greatest joy in life has been raising her son, Jacob.  She is also grateful for the opportunity she’s had to lead and mentor 4 service teams over this last 3 years that raised over $400,000, fed over 5,000 homeless people, and renovated a portion of a Children’s rehabilitation center.  She most recently started tapping into her passion for healing by playing the gong and became certified as a reiki practitioner.
