Fay McStrong introduced us to the flavoursome pick and mix sausage rolls available from This Little Piggy at the Open Market Brighton, new Food Tours in Brighton open up a wealth of treats, and coffee shops in the UK unite through coffee tastings for a worthy cause. Presenter Karen Morton goes behind the scenes with The Real Junk Food Project looking at how supermarket 'waste food' can be turned into a banquet bringing a community together to lunch daily on a pay as you feel basis, feeding the homeless who need nourishing food and saving the planet into the bargain.
