Good morning, it’s Monday, November 4th. I’m Sam Scholl and here’s your local news from The Fresno Bee. A birthday party turned violent Saturday in Hanford, and ended with 2 off-duty law enforcement officers dead and another man critically wounded, in what Kings County sheriff’s investigators describe as a “murder-suicide.” The shooter was identified by the sheriff’s office as Ramiro Trevino Junior, a Kings County welfare fraud investigator.
