all purpose flour 2 tablespoon(s) sugar 1 teaspoon(s) salt 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder 1 tablespoon(s) Margarine, melted of your choice cup(s) water cup(s) milk cup(s) Vegetable Oil Fried Dumplings Directions In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, Butter and water and mix well. Add the milk and continue mixing, then add the remaining flour and knead well until it forms a smooth dough. Put dough to relax in a covered air tight container for 1/2 an hour. Heat Oil in a large pot, roll dough into individual pieces. Place shaped dough into the heated oil and fry for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper towel. Serve hot.
