You wouldn't know that the elections are over; Donald Trump has not conceded, his supporters are still protesting and the Republicans in Washington are either silent, overtly supporting the president effort to undermine democracy or simply shrug off the predicament Mr. Trump puts the incoming president into. Regardless, the nation welcomes Joe Biden as the 46th president of the United States. Trump is done but it will take generations to unroot trumpism which has manifested itself in the form of the sheer number of people who voted for Trump again in this election We owe it to the country, to our children to help the new administration achieve its agenda.
