It is that time of year again. BACK TO SCHOOL. Yes it is a new world but the rules are the same. SCHOOLS AFFECT HOUSING PRICES. That means you need to get and stay involved in your local schools. Make sure when it comes time to vote that you VET AND INTERVIEW people in these positions. Not doing so, voting for your friends, etc can cost you thousands and take years to recover.
