When you stop and think about it, the amount of options we have in the beverage world is overwhelming, to say the least. For example, the distillery that makes the bourbon we are trying for this episode makes ten different bourbons, all with distinct recipes. Today we will be trying the Four Roses Single Barrel bourbon. The recipe is hand selected and features a higher percentage of rye in the mashbill than most bourbon, which provides more spice and body. What did we think? What do you think?
