If you have done a show, gotten feedback and are wondering, "Now what?" then this is the episode for you! During this episode @glamgirlbikini coaches @amyehinger and @chrisnicole_ifbbpro give examples of the various types of feedback you may receive at an NPC or IFBB competition. Some of the examples are: Need to grow, need to tighten up (not lean enough), need to soften up (too lean need to fill out), need to switch divisions, need to bring up one body part for balance etc. As with anything in this sport the next steps are context dependent but included in this episode are ways to navigate moving forward with the feedback. Also included is how to deal with criticism. We all are criticized by others in the bodybuilding world, judges, coaches, media, friends, and family are constantly evaluating and critiquing athletes; it is our hope that this episode helps guide you in a direction that allows you grow in the sport.
