Garvan Walshe is the the founder of Brexit Analytics, and a former National and International Security Policy Adviser to the UK Conservative Party. He has has worked in public policy for over 12 years across wide a range of sectors including Foreign Policy, Europe and Brexit, Defence, Energy, Environment, Education, Criminal Justice and Transport, focusing on policy development and strategic political advice. He holds a PhD from the University of Manchester and was selected from thousands for a prestigious European Union Max Weber Fellowship. He writes a regular column for Conservativehome and has written for the Economist, CNN and the Guardian. He has ghostwritten many speeches and books, and has addressed conferences in the UK, Continental Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
