This week I chat with Luis Payne, Artistic Director of Hairroin NYC. We take a deep look at what separates a GOOD stylist from a GREAT one, and discuss ways in which we can do better. This is one of the most telling questions on our interview sheet- “What do you think sets a GREAT stylist apart from the good ones”. Luis has interviewed dozens of stylists during his 13 years at Hairroin and has some great insight into this question. Overall GREAT is not a destination but part of your journey.
