Grant Phabao presents Pompidoo - Come Ya Fi Talk (Free MP3 download on ParisDJs.com) 2012-10-19 Pompidoo (not to be confused with similarly named deejay Prince Pompidou who recorded in the early 70's) is the original rock stone voiced Jamaican reggae and dancehall deejay who worked King Jammy's sound system and was able to make his voice sound like a synthesizer. He was most popular in Jamaica in the late 1980s, with a series of singles including 'Governor General', 'The DJ With The Rockstone Voice' or 'Synthesizer Voice'. After no new release during the last 5 years, Pompidoo is now back on the airwaves with this stunning new version of his 2004 single 'Come Ya Fi Talk', originally recorded for the French Bam Salute label, remastered and dressed with a brand new riddim by roots reggae master Grant Phabao! An original raggamuffin monster tune, strictly rub-a-dub, that's sure to rock the modern dancehalls anytime!!
