In this inspirational episode we are going Great in Scotland and take a look at Scotland's latest online export, Korean Tang Soo Do martial arts. We talk to 3rd Dan black belt, the chief instructor and founder of Mpower Martial Arts, Michael Kyzirakos all about how he set up his martial arts school last year in Scotland and then, when the pandemic hit, having to innovate and take his inspirational and engaging brand of Tang Soo Do martial arts online.
