Ally Ayala has been studying the mind, body, spirit connection for more than 20 years. She began her journey as a yoga teacher in 2002 and her studies quickly expanded to include integrative yoga therapy, rebirthing, breathwork, shamanic journeying, reiki, astrology, intuitive art, and most recently, coaching. Ally has studied both Astrology and Reiki since 1998, and after a long and winding journey through deep healing, she is honored to offer Astrology consultations and Holy Fire Reiki sessions from a place of authenticity and experience. Ally believes wholeheartedly that the answers to each person’s authentic expression lie within the individual themselves. Holy Fire Reiki is a powerful yet gentle way to ignite this inner potential so that each of us can live from a place of joy, passion, and purpose, and Astrology provides a map for the soul’s purpose and evolution. Ally starts with the birth chart as the foundation of the coaching relationship and incorporates practical guidance based on current astrological trends and transits. All of the services that Ally offers are ultimately self-empowerment tools for the client to evolve into the future they want to create. This was the beginning of her success as a Reiki practitioner which ultimately led to her sharing her knowledge through teaching and coaching entrepreneurs how to do the same.
