Hey Everyone! Today on Boardwalk Talk, we discuss the cultural landmark that is Lin Manuel Miranda’s Hamilton. A recording of the record-smashing and the culturally defining show has just been released on Disney+, and for many, this will be their first introduction to one of Broadway’s most popular shows! Having never seen it ourselves, we take some time to discuss our first impressions and discuss how theater may change now that one of its most popular shows has been recorded and released for continual viewings. If you haven’t seen the show, or just want to hear people talk about Hamilton for an hour, come listen! Before our review, we discuss some news from within the Theme Park community including new developments on the re-opening of Disneyland, the future of The VOID at Downtown Disney and Disney Springs, and the recent announcement that Splash Mountain will close and be rethemed to the Princess and the Frog!
