We want to make sure that those ghosts are handled and cleared off before we even think about listing. “You don’t want to be haunted by any title ghosts. ”Also keep in mind that if there is anything you need to disclose about the property to future buyers, you need to have it in writing. The previous seller’s disclosure should help.
