Dr. Joy Greene grew up on a farm in North Carolina and married her high school sweetheart. She is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She works as a Professor of Pharmacy and an Associate Dean. It was through teaching pharmacy students that God ignited a passion inside of Joy for ministry! She is quick to tell you that she has a fire inside of her that she cannot ignore! She absolutely loves to speak to groups of women and encourage them with God's Truth! In 2012 Joy founded Joytime Ministries and began writing and recording "Joytime." My name is Sarah and I'm 30 years young living in London, England! As the child of a minister, growing up around the things of God was just second nature. I had the privilege to travel to Israel and the surrounding areas throughout my childhood and looking back, this proved to be instrumental in the grounding of my faith as a child. To be able to see where Jesus would have walked from the gates of Jerusalem up to Gethsemane or to stand on mount Nebo where Moses would have stood, helped me as a child to see that the accounts in the Bible happened to real people in real places - not just stories from some far abstract fairytale land. The places themselves hold no power, but it was amazing to be able to visualise and understand the Scripture in a deeper way.
