EP13 - Pricing can be really difficult especially when you're first starting out at lettering, or if a friend asks for some lettering work you don't always know what to charge. Renata, a member of the Hand Lettering HQ community I manage raised the question of 'How much should you charge for lettering especially if it's for a friend?'. I knew this question wouldn't lead to a short response, and it didn't feel right featuring it at the end of a podcast episode, so I have shaped an episode around it. I discuss my pricing experiences and mistakes, and share helpful information I have learnt along the way to guide you in making informed decisions about setting your own pricing.
