The first time fix ratio is really very important for your customer satisfaction. It's about my technician goes to the customer and he can repair the machine no matter what because he has the right spare parts with him. Speaking about Logistics, stock locations, stock level -is not an easy subject. And it's certainly not easy to organize it. And many service companies struggle with that.
