If you were resident of Canada in 2009 and 18 years old in that year the maximum you can contribute is 63500$ in the TFSA if not please check with the cra or in the second page of your notice of assessment. for the RSP please check directly from the CRA since they take in cosideration your income since you were 18 years old and contribution could be very different from person to person.
