There's so much pressure to produce and make things happen during quarantine and truth is, that's not for everyone. Personally, I always feel the drive to creative and give life to my ideas. But I've learned the hard way - working myself into an urgent care a few years ago - that we cannot and should not be in a constant state of GO. So if you're feeling pressure, stress, anxiety or any of negative feeling during this quarantine time, here are some suggestions that will help you shift those emotions to allow you to live in a more positive state during this time.
