This is especially important when times are hard.  Here are some ways to control your ego and let your higher-self do the talking: Put yourself in the right state. Meditate or get your blood flowing. Put the focus on helping the customer. Detach from the outcome and lean into objections instead of being thrown off by them. Do not project your number ahead of time. You never lose a sale because you never had it in the first place. Project outcomes by conversion, instead.
