Do you ever look back on a day or a week or a month and wonder: What did I actually DO in that time? It can all be a bit of a blur. In this week’s episode, I’m sharing a short and simple practice that helps me pay attention to my life. If you want to be more aware of what God is doing in you and your family these days, this practice will help.Show Notes:Make a list. Here are a few questions to get you started:What are you grateful for today? What questions do you have for God?What did you do that was life-giving today? What was life-draining?What do you want for yourself and your family today? This week’s practice:Try writing something down as a practice of paying attention. Use one of these questions to get you started, or come up with your own. Pick one of the questions, and then set a reminder on your phone with that question for the next three days. See if this simple practice of paying attention helps you to be more aware of what’s going on in your soul and what God might be doing in your life these days.More Resources:For more resources to help you connect with God in the chaos of motherhood, visit http://www.lindsaysterchi.com/free/.
