I interviewed Stephanie, on the topic of sexual assault/physical abuse. So many of us have experienced some form of hurt in our lives and Stephanie, wanted to open up about her story not only to offer healing to herself - but to offer emotional support and healing to others. Stephanie spoke about her "fight or flight" response to being a victim of sexual assault, and offers advice to females on potential red flags. Stories is what connects us as a people; when we can talk to one another and understand one another, it creates a stronger community - a bond. Personally, I've tried so hard to understand the things that's happened in my own life which brought me down this podcast journey.
