Today I interviewed TJ Stukes, on the topic of emotional/mental/physical abuse. So many of us have experienced some form of hurt in our lives and TJ, wanted to open up about his story not only to offer healing to himself - but to offer emotional support and healing to others. Stories is what connects us as a people; when we can talk to one another and understand one another, it creates a stronger community - a bond. Personally, I've tried so hard to understand the things that's happened in my own life which brought me down this podcast journey.
