In this episode we will have open dialogue regarding racism. We all hear people say or some of us may even say, "I don't see color" or "I don't care if you're purple or blue" or "color shouldn't matter, we are all one race". These statement may sound good and we know color truly shouldn’t matter but it does. This statement promotes denial and fails to acknowledge the tough topic of racism that most don’t want to discuss. Racism is real and saying I don’t see color only denies the fact that color plays a major role in our lives. Why? Because color is visible and unless you are blind or have something wrong with your eyes, you most definitely see color.
