Cathryn Hrudicka is the Chief Imagination Officer of her company, Creative Sage. She designs innovation programs and coaches executives and other professionals in implementing creativity, innovation, and cultural change in their organizations. She is also a social business strategist. Renee Hopkins and I plan to harness Cathryn’s energy to discuss the role of creativity in driving the innovation process. Cathryn is a contributing author to 4 noted business books, including "A Guide to Open Innovation and Crowd Sourcing (edited by Paul Sloane), and three of the Age of Conversation book series. She has a parallel career as a multidisciplinary artist — she has written 11 novels, a poetry chapbook, worked as a journalist, composed and performed music, and she has contributed sound design, video, film, photos and other media to numerous multimedia projects.
