Excalibur owners and founders Jeff Colwell and Jeremy Hahn sat down with host Josh Stewart and TD Mike Herrera to discuss the opening of the brewery, dealing with Pandemic shutdowns right out of the gate and where they are now as a "restaurant". We tried a few of their beers and discuss those in depth. Also, Andrew Stoddard, from Location 6 Brewing in Waller drops in for a quick chat towards the end of the show as well.
