The Question Mark and Exclamation Mark used together is called an Interrobang. (pronounced Intera-bang). It can be seen superimposed on top of each other as one symbol. Or simply typed one after the other at the end of an emphatic, often rhetorical, question. Sometimes in life, we need strong punctuation to relay our thoughts!
