Ryan Triggs joins me at East 40 brewing Company in Blue Spring, MO. He is one of three owners of the Kansas Hop Company located in Ottawa, KS. He also plays guitar and sings in the bluegrass band, The Kaw Valley Hop Pickers. We talk about growing hops in the first section and follow it up with a live performance from the band.
