Well, now for something completely different! Today I am sharing a new sound healing meditation journey that I collaborated on with my dear friend and piano composer Laura Green. I have worked with Laura for years, serving her as a massage therapist and energy healer in exchange for her services as a piano accompanist and music teacher. Our mutual love of music and vibrational sound healing in the body as well as the spirit have led to our collaboration on these tracks that combine frequencies blended with crystal singing bowls and Himalayan singing bowls for a seamless sound experience.
