It is always good to start at the beggining and to work from there. Mindfulness is an incredible way of becoming alive and dynamic and putting all your worries, fears and anxieties into a box and just leave them outside of the door. Yes they may be real, but most times they are not. Mindfulness teaches you, intuitively  how to be free from your pain bodies and shackles of the traumatic past an the feared future.
